How do I add a new value?

Go to the Values tab and tap the + button in the top right corner. You can choose from our library of values or create a custom one.

How do I set up my daily routine?

Go to the Routines tab and tap + to add routine items. You can set specific times and enable notifications for each item.

How do I enable notifications?

When adding a routine item or task, toggle the notification switch on. Make sure you’ve granted notification permissions to .manifest in your iOS Settings.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, your data will also sync across your Apple devices.

How do I backup my data?

Go to Settings → Backup & Restore → Export Backup. This creates a JSON file you can save or share.

How do I restore from a backup?

Go to Settings → Backup & Restore → Import Backup and select your backup file.

Can I delete all my data?

Yes. Go to Settings and use the reset options to clear your data. Alternatively, uninstalling the app removes all local data.
